The answer if iPayment, B1UP/B1P&D, WebDashboards and CRMFO are MTE Ready, very much lies in what different people see as Multi-Tenant Ready.
From a pure Add-on perspective, aka what is inside SAP, the products are 100% MTE-ready (We deliver both installers for CCC and OnPremise). The blurry lines come when we talk Server components and if MTE systems allow server components or not.
B1UP, iPayment, WebDashboards and CRMFO all have a server component, but they differ in that B1UP's server component is optional (add additional features) while in the iPayment/CRMFO/WebDashboard cases it is mandatory (as it does vital key workloads).
While our server components can handle multiple databases without issues and do no co-mingle the data between multiple databases, there is a central setup where all data scheduled across multiple databases are shown in a shared interface, should multiple customers share the same database server/tenant machines (meaning you can only install one instance of the server component per server).
So the question comes down to if such a shared interface is acceptable or not for the people in charge of the MTE.
- If they (MTE responsible) are doing all the setup on behalf of their customers this is not really an issue
- If they (MTE responsible) expect the user to be able to self-service the Server components it is an issue (as they would see each other's schedules)
So again MTE readiness from Boyum comes down to your opinion on the above. There are 3 outcomes we have seen from others:
1. SAP Cloud hosted by SAP
In SAP's own SAP Cloud they do not allow Server Components at all, making B1UP/P&D Compatible but not allowed to use its server component. As for iPayment, WebDashboards and CRMFO, this means that it is not compatible as the server component is an essential component
(See more about the SAP cloud scenario here: https://support.boyum-it.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000130988-Boyum-Products-and-SAP-Hosted-Cloud-Support-B1-Cloud-)
2. Cloudiax
Cloudiax Cloud hosting allows the B1UP/P&D, iPayment, WebDashboard and CRMFO as they allow server components, and they expect the Partners of the customers being the only "administrators" of the Server Components
3. Data balance
Data balance is also a cloud provider that allow our products but have raised some concerns due to the shared nature of the setup (in their case because of the Product CRM for Outlook but same principle):
(See more here: https://support.boyum-it.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360009628337-Make-the-servercomponent-more-public-cloud-friendly - where I also explain why things are the way they are and how it can improve long term with the recent addition of Service Layer to MSSQL and the new Crystal Service from SAP)
So it all comes down to which of the above 3 approaches your MTE team will take. If they go the purist route like SAP (Outcome 1) then I'm afraid we can't offer iPayment/CRMFO/WebDashboards to you and B1UP/P&D will work but with limited features. If you instead are in the Cloudiax/Databalance camps things will work with the drawback of not allowing customer self-service.

Please be aware that we support all the Boyum Add-ons in our SAP Business One CCC based Mutli-Tenant environment (including beAS which is no small task) and private cloud environments.
We take a very hands on management role in ensuring the components all work and we do all the server side work on request from partners with a 1 business day response time to most requests.
