Please make sure to use a business e-mail address. For security reasons we will not accept any tickets submitted with Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo accounts. As of November 2022, Boyum IT will accept customization requests ONLY via the Partner Portal and ONLY for Beas Manufacturing. Customization requests for Produmex WMS and SCAN cannot be submitted via the Boyum Portal. They might still be accepted under specific conditions and must be discussed with the channel manager assigned to your area. For submitting a beas customization request on the Boyum IT Partner portal, please read this link before submitting it. Please note that B1UP, iPayment and CRM for Outlook customization requests are handled through our Help Center community.
