Our subscriptions have a term of 3 months, 12 months, 24 months, 36 months. For this period you will receive the price and partner margin valid at that time.
After the expiry of the selected period, the subscription will be automatically renewed for the same term (unless you have deactivated the automatic renewal).
This renewal may involve adjustments to both prices (for price increases) and partner margin (after an upgrade or downgrade, as well as if you have taken over a customer from another partner with a different partner margin). Possible price changes as well as changes to the partner margin will be added during the automatic renewal.
There are two types of vouchers, so it is also possible that a voucher is only valid for the selected term, but not for the renewal of the subscription.
1. a coupon that remains valid at each renewal
2. a coupon that is only valid for the initial subscription period but is no longer valid after the expiry date and renewal
All these possible changes when renewing a subscription are displayed in the Subscription Renewal Forecast Report
You can either search for a specific subscription by Subscription ID or by customer name. All subscriptions that have a renewal in the next 12 months will then be displayed
If you have selected a subscription, you will be shown the current subscription with start and end dates, partner margin, monthly price, etc. If you move the scroll bar to the right, you can see the changes when the subscription is renewed.
In the renewal forecast for this subscription you will be shown possible adjustments with the information available at that time. This means, of course, that this forecast may change if, for example, your partner margin changes or a price adjustment is made in the portal before the renewal takes place.
The renewal forecast will show you the new start and end dates and the new monthly price.
In this example, the new price is due to our price increase on 01.01.2023. The partner margin has not changed for this partner, so it remains the same. However, if the partner margin had changed, this would also be displayed here.
