How to create a quotation in the Boyum Portal

Please note that the partner margin is automatically deducted and the maintenance amount calculated. A quotation requested by a partner in the Boyum Portal is the price which Boyum charges the partner for a purchase. The partner should send it's own quotation to the customer! 

To create the quotation, please go to the Boyum Portal. 

Go to "Purchase"

- Select the customer and product you wish to purchase for. 

Select the licensing model

Select the product:

Press "Next"

Add the products to the Cart 

Press "Add to Cart/ Go to Cart" (NB: If you wish to add products from other categories, press "Add to Cart/ Continue Shopping")

You are now being directed to the Cart. On top you can click "Send quotation". The quotation is sent via email to the user logged into the portal.

Empty the Cart when finished.
