You can follow the progress of your tickets from the "My activities" page. The "My activities" page is only available once you have logged in to the Boyum Helpcenter. You can access your tickets either from the Boyum Portal:
Or, once logged in to the Help Center, start by clicking the dropdown list in the upper-right corner and select "My activities":
Here you can see details from the tickets you have submitted, or where you're CC'd on (select "Requests I'm CC'd on -tab.) In general, the columns are self-explanatory, but the list also includes an "Activity log status" column, which is a direct link to our cloud site in case the ticket you submitted ended up being a bug.
From this "Activity log status" link, you can see real-time details from the development process and you can easily subscribe to automatic notifications if you click the "Follow Up" button.
