You can follow the progress of your tickets from the "My activities" page. The "My activities" page is only available once you have logged-in to the Boyum Helpcenter. Once logged-in, start by clicking the dropdown list in the upper-right corner and select "My activities":
Here you can see details from the tickets you have submitted, or where you're CC'd on (select "Requests I'm CC'd on -tab.) In general, the columns are self-explanatory, but the list also includes an "Activity log status" column, which is a direct link to our cloud site in case the ticket you submitted ended up being a bug.
From this "Activity log status" link, you can see real-time details from the development process and you can easily subscribe to automatic notifications if you click the "Follow Up" button.
