How Add-on Order works in SAP Business One

In SAP Business One, if you have multiple Add-ons that react to the same events, the Add-on order set controls which add-on gets the event first, second, etc.

This order sometimes matters and can in many cases resolve conflicts in functionality and we will in Support perhaps ask you to change the order.
