Clicking it switches to the Schedule Messenger applications that allows you to configure events upon which you get an email notification. The applications contains two tabs. On the Address Groups tab, you can specify email addresses arranged into groups. The Event Configurations tab is designed to list the rules (conditions) that determine when and how a message is sent.
Click Add Config and fill in the Edit Event Configuration form that pops up to add a new rule. Rules can refer either to job(s) or task(s), i.e. to production order(s) or operation(s).
Click this icon to make the bars in your Gantt chart narrower to save space on your screen or wider for easier reading.
When turned on (the default setting), this toggle switch displays non-working intervals in the specified color (normally, grey) in your plan. If it is off, only working time periods appear which saves horizontal space on your screen, but may look misleading regarding the time required to complete a job.
This button turns on or off the display of arrows connecting the tasks (operations) of a selected job (production order). By default, it is enabled.
Click this icon to display or hide the arrows connecting jobs (production orders) belonging to a job network. By default, it is enabled.
This toggle switch allows you to highlight completed tasks (operations). It is on by default.
If this button is turned on, your plan will include the resources that are flagged as disabled on the Resources tab of the Manage All Data modal. Otherwise such resources will be hidden. It is on by default.
When turned on, disabled resources are marked with a ø symbol.
Use this toggle switch to show or hide task (operation) baselines in your plan.
