Settings - Job custom views

You can choose what fields you wish to show in on the job (production order) bars in your Gantt chart. This customization is available on the seventh tab of the Settings modal, called Job Custom Views.

By default, the list is empty. To create a custom view, click the + icon in the top right corner. To remove any view, use the trash bin icon.

To specify a custom view, first you need to enter a name for it in the Name column. Then you can add any number of fields to your view that are listed in the dropdown in the Fields column. The options also include custom fields.

To apply a custom view, go to Job custom view selector under the Understand/Schedule menu item.

As a result, the list of jobs (production orders) will highlight the fields that you selected for your custom view. Our example called JoesView highlights the Customer and the Lot fields (Lot was added to our demo account as a custom field) over the job bars.
