Schedule comes with a powerful filtering functionality that not only allows you to filter for the values of a long range of fields, but can also be enhanced by filtering conditions that you build yourself.
To specify, edit or remove custom filters, open the fourth tab of the Settings modal. You can also open it directly by selecting Settings from the top menu bar, then clicking the filter icon as shown below.
This will display a modal where you can manage your custom filter combinations. Click the + icon to add a new row to the table, or the trash bin icon to delete a selected one. To edit a filter, press the corresponding pencil () icon.
Custom filters may also contain custom fields, as demonstrated by the example below. Our filter called Lot&SpecialProperty uses two job custom fields united with an AND operator to specify the filtering condition.
To use your custom filter, click into the Filter field under the Understand/Schedule menu item, and select the CustomFilter option from the dropdown. Now in the bottom filter dropdown, you can pick the custom filter that you want to apply. In our example, we have chosen Lot&SpecialProperty.
As a result, only those jobs (production orders) will be shown that cover Lot AAA and where the Special property value is Red. There has been one such job in our plan:
