On the sixth (Job Seq. # Calculation Profiles) tab of the Settings modal, you can specify rules how to change the sequence numbers of the jobs (production orders) in your plan. You can create multiple profiles each of which will contain a job sequence calculation criterion set.
By default, when you import production orders from SAP Business One, they will be displayed in ascending order of their production order numbers (=document numbers) in your Gantt chart. However, you can override this order by the rules specified on the above tab.
If you have an existing criterion set defined under the Job Seq# Calculation tab, it will be imported as the Default profile.
To create a job sequence calculation profile, click the Add (+) button. A profile can be set as active profile by selecting the radio button under Active Profile column.
Click the Edit icon and set the criteria for the profile you've created.
After saving the data, you should be able to see the list in a dropdown under the Update tab. If a profile is active, it will already be selected and the Job Order button (in red frame below) will be enabled.
If no profile is active, the Job Order button will be disabled. You can select a profile from the dropdown; this will make the selected profile active and the button will be enabled. On clicking the Job Order button it will recalculate the job sequence based on the criteria set for the active profile.
