The Shopfloor View Color Mode - visualizing shopfloor deviations

The Shopfloor Status View Color Mode allows you to quickly identify how incidents on the shopfloor affect your schedule, helping you track deviations in real time.

How to Apply the Shopfloor Status View

You can activate the Shopfloor Status View in three ways:

• When creating a new simulation by selecting it as the Default View Color Type
  
  
  
  

• On the Production Simulations page, select it as the default view color type.
  
  
  
  

• In the Visual Schedule, go to Actions → View → View Color Mode → Shop Floor Status View.
  
  
  
  

Note: The color is applied to the entire production order routing line.

Customizing Default Colors

You can modify the default colors used in the Shopfloor Status View to suit your preferences. Adjustments can be made in the Color Setup 
The image below shows the default colors provided by VAPS.

Example

The screenshot below displays a schedule with the Shopfloor Status View applied, using the default VAPS colors. Additionally, a vertical line indicates when the last “update according to actuals” was made.
