The Progress View quickly highlights production orders that are running late, whether due to delayed starts or finishes. It color-codes orders based on their status:
-
Progress status missed: Indicates orders planned to finish after the required date. This is the default color when an operation's end date exceeds the due date.
-
Progress status not started: Marks orders that should have started but haven’t. This color is applied when the start date of a planned operation is in the past.
-
Progress status OK: Represents orders that are neither late in starting nor finishing. This is the default color when the other statuses don’t apply.
The Progress View is especially useful for quickly identifying production delays.
How to Apply the Progress View
You can enable the Progress View in three ways:
- When creating a new simulation by selecting it as the Default View Color Type
-
On the Production Simulations page, under Default View Color Type
-
In the Visual Schedule via Actions → View Color Mode → Progress View
Note: The progress status color is applied to the entire production order.
Customizing Default Colors
Default colors can be set in the Color Setup. The image below shows the default color scheme provided by the VAPS.
