How to - get a manual license

There are sometime when you need to issue a manual (offline) license.

To issue the manual license you would need to know SAP's installation + system number. To find these numbers please do the following:

• In SAP Business One, Go to "Help > About SAP B1"
• Locate the field called "Installation Number". The Installation number is 10 digits and normally starts with 002XXXXXXX. The system number is underneath and begins with 9 zeros and 9 further digits 000000000XXXXXXXXX
• This is the number you need to use (002XXXXXXX_000000000XXXXXXXXX)
