If there are issues during startup or startup is slow and you wish to see what takes the time you can enable extended startup logging. Here is how you do it:
For 32 bit:
Go to folder %appdata%\Boyum IT\BOY_USABILITY
For 64 bit:
Go to folder %appdata%\Boyum IT\BOY_USABILITY_X64
Now in the folder create a new text file called "ENABLE_EXTENDED_STARTUP_LOGGING.txt" (file should have no content)
Now restart the B1 Client/B1UP and it will log in more details where the time goes / how far in the startup it comes.
After test remove the file again (there is an overhead in doing this)
The log files are located in above mentioned folder under folder "Eventlogs"
CRM for Outlook
With CRM for Outlook, head to the settings panel and turn on extended debugging mode. After you have reproduced the error, remember to turn it off again as it decreases the performance.
