I SAP Business One you can have multiple add-ons. While normally not an issue as they often perform different actions in different areas there is a chance add-ons might affect each other.
In some cases there is simply nothing to do, for example, if two different add-ons want both to set a value in a field on the same event they will conflict no matter what, but here are some general things to try:
1. Please try to change the order of the two add-ons in the add-on manager and see if that resolve it
2. [Only relevant for B1UP]. Try to turn off all modules in the main configuration and then turn on modules one by one with tests in between until you know what module is causing the issue. This does not as such resolve the issue but narrows down the issue (easier to report) and can perhaps be used as a workaround.
3. In rare cases some code can be changed in any of the two conflicting add-ons. In such a case please record a video of the issue and send it to both support teams of the two add-ons so they can get a sense of the issue and check their respective code.
