Maintenance renewal and forecast - Excel overview

To retrieve an excel file that will list all your customers maintenance for the upcoming year, simply log into the Boyum - Portal, go to “See Maintenance 20XX”

and simply click on the “Download to Excel” button on the upper right side of the screen.

N.B.! Before you do that you should remove the customers who won’t want to renew their Maintenance for the upcoming year by hitting the “Hide” button. By doing this, the customers will not be affected in using their existing licenses, they will simply no longer appear on the renewal pages and of course they won't be able to upgrade in the future.

Be aware and inform the customer: To get back on Maintenance in e.g. 2 years, there will apply a reinstatement fee of X% of the product price. You can read more about the reinstatement fee here.
