If a customer does not want to renew their Maintenance for the upcoming year, you, our partner have the option to log into the Boyum - Portal and remove the customers from your Maintenance overview by hitting the "Remove" button in the "See Maintenance 201x" Overview. In this way the customer will not appear on the overview anymore but will be able to continue using the product in current version.
NOTE: The customer will have to pay a reinstatement fee of 10 % of the product price to get back on Maintenance later again. Furthermore they cannot upgrade anymore. Please make sure the customer is informed before terminating their Maintenance.
