Printing with Crystal Reports in Produmex WMS and Produmex SCAN with SAP Business One 10.0 FP 2111

With SAP's newly released SAP Business One 10 FP2111, there seems to be an unannounced breaking change in the related Crystal Report Runtime version (13.0.31.4010) in that the backend files have been moved to another location in the file structure + the raw files have been changed.

This issue results in that if you upgrade to FP2111 and try to run a Crystal report using Produmex WMS or Produmex Scan you are either told that Crystal Reports are not installed or it is missing the files (Error: "Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine, Version=13.0.3500.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies")

Important: Due to this change it is not supported to install SAP Business One FP2111 with our logistics solutions including Produmex WMS and Produmex Scan
