SAP MESSAGE: CANNOT ADD ROW WITHOUT COMPLETE SELECTION OF BATCH/SERIAL NUMBERS

You have a completed picking list with batch numbers and Best Before Dates.

When trying to ship the pick list the following error appears on the fat client

'Cannot add row without complete selection of batch/serial numbers'

In order to solve the problem, first you need to turn on the Debug log level. Change WARN to DEBUG in the Fat Client configuration file and set the LogDocumentAsXML value to true, see below.

The config file can be found in folder "c:\Program Files (x86)\Produmex\Produmex Fat Client\" or if you are using the 64bit application then in folder: "c:\Program Files\Produmex\Produmex Fat Client\")

 After that, do the following:

1 Reproduce the error
2. Logout from the Fat Client, 
3. Send the detailed Fat client log file to Support. 

Don’t forget to change the debug logging back to Warn level, otherwise you’ll have a huge log file after some time.
