Q: How many Marketing Initiatives do we need to carry out yearly to maintain our partner level?
A: In the table below, you can see the yearly number of Marketing Initiatives you must fulfill in order to keep your current partner level as well as what you're expected to carry out.

*The maximum number of points from Marketing Initiatives rewarded yearly is 40.000. Points are only granted when Boyum Marketing approves it.
Q: What are their requirements and how do you submit them?
A: At this moment, we have 10 different Marketing Initiatives. Every Marketing Initiative is different, and so are their processes and rewarded points. Underneath you can find a short description of each of the initiative and how to achieve them.
- Digital Ads Campaign (Paid Media)
Digital Ads (LinkedIn ads, Google ads etc.) to generate leads on specific solutions. Any possible leads to be added in the Partner Portal when partner points have been granted for the initiative.
Requirements: Mentioning of specific Boyum product(s), screenshots in the paid channel and screenshot of campaign results (e.g. dashboard figures). All this is to be sent to the channel manager.
- Onsite Events
These are events carried out by partners to promote Boyum solutions to end customers and is a great way to generate leads. Any possible leads to be added in the Partner Portal when partner points have been granted for the
Requirements: Invitation to the channel manager, topic, which Boyum product, photo of the on-site event and results report (e.g. attendees etc.). All this is to be sent to the channel manager.
- Webinars or Digital Events
Webinars or online events hosted by partners to promote Boyum solutions to end customers count as a great way to generate leads. Any possible leads to be added in the Partner Portal when partner points have been granted for the initiative.
Requirements: Invitation to the channel manager, topic, which Boyum product, screenshot or video of the hosted webinar or digital event and results report (e.g. attendees etc.). All this is to be sent to the channel manager.
- Direct MKTG Campaigns – ABM- (e.g. email, tlmktg etc.)
Business marketing strategy that concentrates resources on a set of target accounts within a market.
Requirements: Email example, target audience, audience size and results report. All this is to be sent to the channel manager.
- Multimedia Partner / Customer Story (video or podcast)
A video or recording message from partner or end customer telling the reason behind why they’re using Boyum’s product(s) and the gained benefits for their business.
Requirements: Company name, website, industry, partner name, challenges, solutions, results and a signed consent etc. All this is to be sent to the channel manager.
- Written Customer Story
A form submission from Boyum end customers telling their journey with the Boyum solution(s).
Requirements: End customers need to fill out the form on the following link: Customer Story. Boyum Marketing will then create a blog post based on the submission whereafter the end customer will be contacted once the content has been produced in order to modify/approve it together with a signed consent.
- New Customer Story Post
An end customer “post” about Boyum solutions to use in social media.
Requirements: Text of the post, name, title, name of the company, personal and company LinkedIn profile and screenshot of the post. All this it to be sent to the Channel Manager.
- Customer Logo
Partners’ end customer’s logo to be used by Boyum in their digital channels. Only valid for vertical solutions.
Requirements: Logo (at least 250px wide, PNG or SVG file, transparent background), company name, partner name and signed legal consent. All this it to be sent to the Channel Manager.
- Customer Logo + Statement
Partners’ end customers’ logos to be used by Boyum in their digital channels together with a statement on the benefit of using a specific Boyum solution.
Requirements: Logo (at least 250px wide, PNG or SVG file, transparent background), company name, partner name, statement and signed legal consent. All this it to be sent to the Channel Manager.
- Partner Testimonial + Logo
Partner logo together with a short statement (video or text format) from partner telling the reason behind partnering with Boyum and the benefits it brings to their business.
Requirements: Logo (at least 250px wide, PNG or SVG file, transparent background), partner name, statement, LinkedIn profile of the person saying the statement and signed legal consent. All this it to be sent to the Channel Manager.
Q: How long are our Marketing Initiatives points valid for?
A: From the moment Boyum Marketing approves a Marketing Initiative, it'll be valid for 12 months. This means if a Marketing Initiative was approved on 22.08.2024, the granted points will expire on 22.08.2025.
