Dashboard Limitation: Chart scaling

Regarding the possibility of scaling the axis of the charts in B1UP dashboards.

Currently, B1UP dashboard chart items do not provide the capability to specify axis ranges, they are calculated automatically.

This is the same for web dashboards as well.
