If you setup a new user or a user change password, they might have trouble logging into the Web Dashboard due to some user-cache (we have such a cache-system in place to make login faster so it relies less on DI-API).
If you have such an issue you might want to try and reset the users cache... Here if how you do it:
- Enter you username
- in the lower right corner, press the "Clear Cache" link
Once pressed you will get a confirmation that the cache was reset, and you should be able log in again.

Q: Can it be dangerous to clear the cache on an already working user?
A: No, worst case is that next login takes a bit longer, and is then fast again
