We have a rare issue with the Crystal Reports / Print & Delivery that manifests itself by showing a partial template when the preview button is pressed.
To solve the issue please follow the below steps.
Step 1: Press Compatibility Tabs (1) and press the button “Change high DPI settings” (2)
Step 2: On the screen that pop-up, click the checkbox “Override high DPI scaling behavior” (1) and set the “Scaling performed by” to “System” (2)
Step 3: Press Ok to close the Dialog and OK again to close the Properties
