We have a rare issue with the Crystal Reports / Print & Delivery that manifests itself by showing a blank template when the preview button is pressed:
This issue is manifesting due to Windows DPI settings, and you can follow these steps in order to fix it. Please note that the changes are machine-specific:
- Right-click your SAP Business One and choose Properties
- Press the Compatibility Tabs (1) and press the button "Change high DPI settings" (2)
- On the screen that pop-up, Check the Checkbox "Override high DPI scaling behavior" (1) and set the "Scaling performed by" to "System" (2)
- Press Ok to close Dialog and OK again to close the Properties
