UPDATE 2022.02: We use code to force this DPI change with dashboards from version 2022.02. In case you used this workaround provided in the article prior to 2022.02, and then updated the B1UP version, the code version of this change and the manual workaround will cancel each other out.
In such a case, it is possible to place a .txt file with the filename "IGNORE_DPI_AWARE.txt" next to the B1UP .exe-file in folder "C:\Program Files\sap\SAP Business One\AddOns\BOY\B1 Usability Package" to let the workaround be the only fix (should you need to use the workaround for other add-ons).
We have a rare issue with the dashboards that manifests itself by showing a blank dashboard when the B1UP is started:
This issue is fixed in the upcoming 2022.02 release, and before that, you can follow these steps in order to solve the problem:
- Right-click your SAP Business One and choose Properties
- Press the Compatibility Tabs (1) and press the button "Change high DPI settings" (2)
- On the screen that pop-up, Check the Checkbox "Override high DPI scaling behavior" (1) and set the "Scaling performed by" to "System" (2)
- Press Ok to close Dialog and OK again to close the Properties
