SAP Business ONE allows to enabled negative stock in the company database.

In case you have enabled such parameter, you might have negative stock on one or more Items master data.

WMS doesn’t support negative stock.

The stock must be set to zero by a goods receipt before the database will be used with WMS in order to avoid stock discrepancies.

If the stock is not zero, and you perform a goods receipt on a WMS managed warehouse, WMS will not stop the transaction. PLEASE NOTE: that transaction will also add the stock in the WMS tables, see the example below.

There is no stock in warehouse 02 in SAP.

Fixing the STOCK DISCREPANCY

Restore the database backup that you made before starting the WMS installation, remove all negative stock, block negative stick in SAP Business ONE Document Settings, start the WMS installation and configuration from the beginning
