The following examples will show you tips to make use of WMS related information using the SAP Business One Web Client. This way the information can be made available for users without WMS license easily. It can also help to do in depth analysis of data using the Analytic capabilities for the Web Client. The provided examples can be imported in SAP B1 Web Client.
The examples are provided AS-IS and IT IS NOT SCOPE FOR PRODUCT SUPPORT.
Partners and customers can use and implement them as they wish and make any changes.
Lets start by creating a dedicated group for Produmex WMS in Web Client
Examples:
1. PRODUMEX WMS INVENTORY REPORT
We can create new Tiles based on user queries, in this example the WMS Inventory Report is added as a Tile.
Open in List View and save it as Tile
Check the Tile from the Menu
Adapt filters if needed
Now that we have WMS Inventory Report we could make use of it for other examples like Linked Views for example for the item master data.
The following package can be imported, download this file:
WMS Inventory Report view import package
Go to Web Client -> Analytics to start the process
Start the import process
Check the imported content
You should also see these as Linked Views in the Analytics -> Linked Views
As you see now our query field Itemcode in the List View is linked to OITM Itemcode field for the Item master Detailed View Header
Check the item master data in the Web Client
List View will be available from the Item List
Select an Item and go into the details
Then check the linked views
WMS - Stock report link view is now filtered for the Itemcode
WMS - Stock Heatmap link view is now filtered for the Itemcode
And other useful place where you can utilize such views can be accessed from the Marketing Documents Content tab.
2. PRODUMEX WMS - FREE STOCK
This is an example calling the WMS Free Stock view for the Sales Order Line Item code.
The following package can be imported, download this file:
WMS Free Stock - Sales Order row level view import package
