Setup WMS system to split picklists between full and partial pick quantities

You need to generate different picklists for your warehouse workers. For example you would need a picklist for your forklift drivers who could then pick full pallets from upper bin locations, and you would need a separate picklist for your warehouse workers who are assigned to pick partial quantities.

You can have this easily set in Produmex WMS. In order to achieve this you need to have the following configuration.

Create dedicated picklist types
Create the main picklist type for which you assign the Full-pallet and Item-pick picklist types

Item master setup
Setup the Default quantity for your item master data, in this case the default qty = 5

The you can check your setup with a sales order, assigned to the Picklist type

The sales order is created for 17 piece. Based on the it is expected that 2 picklist proposals / picklists will be created for this sales order.
