Symptom

When starting the Outlook Client the CRMFO Ribbon Tabs are present but it have no data or show and "No Database Access" and if the Setting button is pressed nothing happens.

Also, you see the following error message in the client Event-log:

Exception : DependencyResolutionException
Message : An error occurred during the activation of a particular registration. See the inner exception for details. Registration: Activator = SettingsForm (ReflectionActivator), Services = [B1Outlook.Client.AddIn.View.SettingsForm], Lifetime = Autofac.Core.Lifetime.CurrentScopeLifetime, Sharing = None, Ownership = OwnedByLifetimeScope ---> ...

Resolution

This can happen if you in Outlook have a reference to a missing Outlook pst file

The missing file causes the Outlook SDK to be in a corrupt state and for that reason, CRMFO can't function properly.

As soon as you resolve the missing file issue the issue is normally resolved.
