B1 Usability Package vs. SAP Business One 4K Resolutions FAQ

Q: Does B1UP Support SAP Business One in 4K Resolution mode?
A: Overall Yes, but please note the following:

1. Whenever you open a screen for the very first time after an installation of B1UP, the screen will look small and almost unusable (this is on a per-user, per machine level).

   This is known behavior due to the way we build up the screen the first time. All subsequent openings will look as expected.

2. Since high DPI and Font-size changes are an afterthought in the SAP SDK, the only way to support this is to apply scale factors based on SAP's guidelines. While working in most scenarios it will never get picture-perfect placements compared to the originally intended font of the SDK (Tahoma 10px)
