Starting from B1UP 2019.06, B1 Print & Delivery includes additional information in the Delivery- and Error logs.
This information can be helpful when trying to troubleshoot issues such as documents being printed multiple times.
Below you see the new fields, and a walkthrough of each of them, as well as how they can help you find potential issues.
Identifier
A unique identifier for each specific run.
This identifier can help you determine whether two executions came from the same P&D run. This can be helpful in the case of multiple identical documents being printed, since you're able to tell whether they were from the same or different runs in P&D.
Trigger
The name of the executing section in P&D - this will contain values such as "Mass Delivery", "Window" or "Account Balance" depending on which feature executed the request.
This can be helpful to identify where in SAp the request was made, and possibly help pinpoint the root cause.
Windows User
The domain and windows username of the user who was logged in when the request was executed - this can help in identifying who initiated the request
Machine and IP
This field contains the maching name and a list of IPs that the machine has - this can aid in troubleshooting by correctly identifying the machine that has triggered the request.
