Known issue: B1UP Recurring Invoices Year selection does not go beyond (On B1UP versions lower than 2020.12)

The issue:

In the Recurring Invoice Wizard, you can only choose between the year 2000 and 2020 

The Fix:

This will be fixed in B1UP 2020.12 release and higher, where it instead of a fixed list will move to a dynamic list that is always +/- 10 years

Workaround if you are unable to move to 2020.12

On the troubled machine (the fix is a per-machine fix) go to the folder: 

%appdata%\Boyum IT\BOY_USABILITY\CachedData (%appdata%\Boyum IT\BOY_USABILITY_X64\CachedData for 64-bit)

In the folder, there is a file called

BOY_ABON_FAK_<languageId>.xml

where <languageId> is language you run in SAP... So example BOY_ABON_FAK_UK.xml... 

It is this file you need to edit with notepad in order to get more Years... About in the middle of the file you see this... 

Simply add the new years and save the file; then you should see them the next time you open the screen in SAP
