CRM for Outlook: Not possible to use the B1 Client interaction options due to change in the UI-API

Hi All

Due to a change in SBO10 FP2011, the CRMFO Interaction directly with the B1 Client will not work. This is due to a change in the SAP UI-API.

We intend to fix this issue in the CRMFO 2020.12 release.

Until then please use the following workaround:

• On each machine that uses the interaction model
  • Go to %appdata%\Boyum IT\CRM for Outlook\ClientConnector_10_0_64
  • Create a new txt file called DO_NOT_OVERWRITE
  • Download the attached zip file and place the content in the above folder (overwriting file 'ClientConnector.exe' in the process)

Once done you should again work on SBO10 FP2011 and higher

NB: Also please note that the B1 Client interaction system is not compatible with the new Add-on security system (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2979022) and by nature will never be able to support it.
