B1UP: Incorrect pending payment message

Due to a bug in B1 Usability Package versions 2019.02 and 2019.03, a message regarding pending payments is displayed even though there are no overdue payments.

To prevent/fix this issue, it's necessary to update the software to version 2019.04 or above.
