Crystal: SaveBlobToFile Failed to retrieve blob

Cause:

This Error happens if the Crystal report we are trying to use no longer is accessible in the database.

Solution:

Check That the Crystal report definition has a valid Crystal Report selected Or add  a new Crystal report to use
