B1UP: Crystal internal viewer and Belize Deep skin issue (SBO10 new skin)

B1UP has a known issue when showing crystal using the internal viewer.
This issue only systems affect are those running the SAP Belize Deep skin.

 The issue presents itself by the report not showing up in the internal viewer the first the viewer is opened. all subsequence running of the report will display the report in the viewer

There is currently no know solution to this issue, except using another SAP skin or changing to the external viewer as neither of these has the issue.
