Getting B1 Print and Delivery to work with GMail

22.4.2022 UPDATE - We only support Google App Passwords going forward as "Less secure apps" option is not supported by Google anymore.

While Gmail is a great service it can be tricky to get to work as an SMTP server. Please use these settings in order to set it as an SMTP server properly.

Setup: 

1. In the SMTP server field, set it to smtp.gmail.com.
2. Set used port to 587
3. Enable "TLS"
4. Enable "Use Authentication"
5. Enter your Gmail username and Google App password under credentials (NB: leave the domain field blank)
