What options do I have to preview mails generated from B1 Print and Delivery prior to sending?

To preview the email prior to sending we have 3 options depending on what is available on the machine where the B1 Client is running

1. If you have Microsoft Outlook on the same machine you can use default outlook send method directly: http://help.boyum-it.com/B1PrintAndDelivery/emailaction.html (Section about client delivery method)

2. If you do not have Outlook but use Microsoft Exchange as backend you can use Exchange setup with Save as draft (same link as above) if you want the mails to come from a shared mailbox. 3. If not Outlook client and no MS Exchange the only option is SMTP and only option to see mail prior to sending is the "Preview email" (inside B1 Client) option: http://help.boyum-it.com/B1PrintAndDelivery/emailaction.html (Preview email section)
