Known Issue: The “Show Number of Attachments” is not updating and displays (0)

Issue: The total number of attachments is not displaying correctly and is showing as (0) in the Attachment tab.

As shown in the image below, there are two attachments, yet the Attachment tab displays (0). The expected behavior is that it should display (2).

 

Solution:

After investigation and testing, we confirmed that this is a known bug in SAP version 2505. The issue has already been reported to SAP, and they plan to include the fix in Feature Package 2511 of SAP Business One 10.0.
