Beas Compatibility Update for SAP Business One Version 2508

Following recent changes introduced in SAP Business One version 2508, older versions of Beas are currently unable to display Item Master Data correctly. To ensure full compatibility, support for SAP B1 version 2508 will be introduced in Beas version 2025.09, scheduled for release on September 29, 2025.

This issue will typically be visible to users who access Item Master Data through Beas functionality directly. Users who primarily work inside SAP and use the standard SAP Item Master Data screen will not be affected. However, if Beas is used as a standalone interface for managing Item Master Data, the issue will be apparent. Customers who have already upgraded to SAP B1 version 2508 without verifying compatibility in a test environment will need to upgrade to Beas version 2025.09 once it becomes available. This version, and any future releases of Beas, will be the only ones officially supported for resolving the issue.
