SAP Issue - HANA issue prevent B1UP 2016.09 and higher from creating it's metadata in some scenarios

There is unfortunately a bug in SAP HANA that prevent B1UP version 2016.09 and higher from creating all its metadata

Q: Who is affected?
A: You are only affected if all the following is true: 

- You run SAP HANA
- You are running a HANA version 112 and SAP 9.2 PL04 (we do not know if other combinations have the issue but we do know that 9.2 PL03 on HAN 102 is not affected)

Q: I'm affected. What can I do - B1P&D (First screenshot)?
A: The issue lies in creating the following two UDFs 

In the table called "B1Print: ReportActions" (BOY_85_ACTION)

To work around the issue you need to make these two fields manually. This is not allowed in the B1 Client either (aka the bug). What you need to do is uncheck the "Mandatory Field" option and add the fields (it will work) and afterward update the UDF to have the mandatory fields check.

The default values in the report action should be 1 and 9999 (If you open the report action after creating the field it will auto-suggest it).

A: The issue lies in creating the following UDF:

In the table called: "Universal Functions"

To work around the issue you need to make the field manually. This is not allowed in the B1 Client either (aka the bug).
