It might be that you have multiple programs to execute with B1 Print & Delivery, therefore, you should validate that they don't overlap.
For example, if you have a job to send all invoices and this process is executed at 7:00 PM and takes 30 minutes (because of the amount of the documents) make sure you don't have the same job schedule at 7:30, because you can only run one instance of a job at a time.

We have many databases retrieving exchange rates, they are set at 15 minute intervals and most of them run without any issue. I receive this error for only 3 of the databases, saying that the previous job is still running - even if i allow a much longer time gap. Do you have any other suggestions as to what might be the cause?
