Guide - Working with e-mail drafts in Citrix/RDP environments

There are two different ways to implement Print & Delivery draft creation when working in Citrix/RDP environments, where Outlook client is not installed on the same machine as Sap Business One.

Personal exchange

Outlook client

This requires that the Outlook client is installed in the Citrix/VirtualAPP server, the outlook can either be used from the server or let the Outlook client synchronize the draft e-mails to the customer's own system.

Exchange server

For an alternative, you can use the Exchange delivery method to shared inbox. This doesn’t require the installation of outlook to the server. The only drawback is that you always need to use the shared inbox (only one account can be configured.)
