SAP has a note on the issue (B1i but the issue is the same): http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2029714
Message: "-105 - Unable to initialize OBServerDLL.dll"
Root Cause: License server name/port number are not correct.
Solution: Make sure that the license server address and port is correct in the b1-local-machine.xml file on the client (C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One DI API\Conf) (40000 is the correct port)
If changing the port does not work please try to connect to the DI-API using the SAP tool Data Transfer Workbench (DTW). If you are also unable to connect using DTW you will need to contact SAP support to get the issue fixed.
