B1 Print & Delivery is an advanced Crystal Report integration, enabling users to email all their communication with customers and vendors from SAP Business One, in any language, saving them tons of time and briefcases of money. By activating one Crystal Report, users can manage all Marketing Documents making B1 Print & Delivery the ideal tool to customize the customer’s system in a quick, easy, and profitable way.

Among the many features are the following:

Take over the entire document handling process for sales and purchase documents. You have the option to control each of the delivery methods (Print, show, Email, PDF and add document).
Minimize your workload by automatically grouping, scheduling, and sending out mass e-mails every minute, hour, day, or month.

Every single action you can do can be customized in detail with the powerful report action configuration which can be email being sent out, saving the document, SQL query, activity, internal message, conditional action, and more

SAP Business One 9.2 version included enhancements in sending e-mail options which are also included in the B1 Print & Delivery. However, those additional features are very minimal and basic in capabilities compared to what the Print & Delivery module can offer.
