Outlook to SBO navigation

Outlook to SAP Business One client navigation is not possible if your Outlook client is on a local machine and you are running SBO in a virtual app (Citrix, RDP, etc.) environment.

If however, both clients are on/in the same environment local or RDP the navigation might work depending on the virtual app technology settings.
