SAP Issue - "Failed to Extract OBServer.dll from CAB File"

This error has one of 3 reasons:

1. The system is out of Disk-space
   • This of often an indication that there is not enough memory space in the disk where the temp folder is stored on
2. %temp% path is incorrectly defined
   • SAP and Add-ons need read/write permission to the %temp% folder
3. SBO-COMMON database is corrupt
