Boyum Pack issue - I use both Function Buttons (FB) and Item Placement Tool (IPT) on a sizable window but my buttons are not displayed!

This happens because both the FB and the IPT will set the height and width. In case this happens, please remove the width and height of the IPT configuration and let FB do the resize work.
