The following system message can appear if the PC doesn't have the .NET component in MS Word installed. This component can be installed from add/remove programs.

Go to:

Add/Remove programs > Microsoft Office > Change > Add/Remove Components > Check the "Advanced Configuration" checkbox > Locate Microsoft Office Word > Enable Support for .Net Programming.
